Interrior waterproofing- what’s involved

If you have a wet musty basement you probably need to consider doing some waterproofing. Because waterproofing the outside of the basement, after the construction is complete and the soil has been placed around the basement walls, the easiest way to waterproof is from the inside. All damaged plaster, etc is removed and any loos particles of paint, etc is brushed off. Then an application of a negative waterproofing material is painted on to the walls and floor. Any cracks will need to be repaired.  This should  prevent water for seeping into the basement through the walls and floor.
